ELECTION 2017: Democratic team sweeps North Penn School Board race

The North Penn School District’s school board looks likely to have a blue hue starting in January, as the slate of five Democrats running for the board appears to have turned away three incumbent Republicans and two challengers.

According to results posted by the Montgomery County Department of Voter Services and the Pennsylvania Department of State, Democrat candidates Christian Fusco, Jonathan Kassa, Tina Stoll and Mark Warren have won four-year terms, and Jenna Ott has won the board’s vacant two-year term, making that group five-for-five Tuesday.
