Jury acquits Horsham man of vehicular homicide in Upper Dublin crash
NORRISTOWN >> The somber expression that a Horsham man wore throughout his trial didn’t change as a jury acquitted him of a charge of vehicular homicide in connection with a two-vehicle crash in Upper Dublin that killed a Glenside woman.
Erek Collier Cunningham, 49, of the 100 block of New Road, remained stone-faced after a Montgomery County jury of eight men and four women determined his speeding at the time of the crash was not the direct cause of the death of the second driver, 77-year-old Barbara Loeffler.
