Man again headed for trial in Towamencin urination and theft case

NORRISTOWN >> A 51-year-old New Hanover man who had been admitted to a Montgomery County diversionary program after being charged last year with urinating on the floor of a Towamencin restaurant because he was upset over being fired, and then sending a video of the act to his former boss, is again headed for trial in the case after he failed to appear to complete his court-ordered community service, according to court records.
