Cops: North Penn student charged after demeanor goes to pot

TOWAMENCIN >> An 18-year-old North Penn High School student has been charged with disorderly conduct and pot-related offenses after a prodigious, volatile outburst in the school while the drug investigation was ongoing, according to police.

Cayla Elizabeth Lunemann, of the 1000 block of Garrison Lane, faces misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with the alleged March 10 incident.
