NORRISTOWN >> Montgomery County’s Office of Children, Youth and Juvenile Probation Office will hold a public hearing to obtain input for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 Child Welfare Needs Based Plans and Budgets request. Anyone interested is invited to attend.

The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Aug.
