Upper Gwynedd officers honored for 15 years with department

Two Upper Gwyendd police officers were recognized week for each serving the department for the past 15 years.

Officers Rachel Dipiano and Harrison “Harry” Colcher were each honored by the township commissioners during the board’s May 22 meeting.

Dipiano has served as the department’s accreditation manager and has assisted with upgrades to the department’s records managmenet system, according to Police Chief David Duffy, and Colcher has served as a senior patrol officer, rapid response coordinator, and on the Montgomery County SWAT – Central Region team.
